After a comfortable night at the Blue Heron Bed and Breakfast, you will travel to Triangle Lake, Lake One or The South
Kawishiwi River Boundary Waters entry points. You'll paddle to one of the campsites along these routes, enjoy a delicious
camp dinner, relax around the campfire, and keep watch for the northern lights. After your camp breakfast, you may explore
some of the remote corners of the Kawishiwi before paddling back to the Blue Heron for another comfy night and a hot
shower or traditional wood fired sauna.
This specially priced three night package is offered mid week only (starting Sunday, Monday or Tuesday) and includes first
and last nights in the 'So On' room at Blue Heron, breakfasts following those nights, and an optional wood fired sauna. 'So On'
has a queen bed and private bath with shower. It is on the second floor and opens to the upper balcony overlooking the lake.
If you plan this right you could have your last night on Thursday when the Blue Heron Dining Room offers its very special
evening menu. You would need a reservation for this memorable addition to your package.
In addition to your first and last nights at Blue Heron with breakfasts, it also includes two days and one night in the Boundary
Waters with all wilderness travel equipment and food. The special price for this package is $995 plus tax. This package can
be customized for longer canoe trips or longer stays at the Blue Heron.
